I’m currently leading the complete transformation and rebranding of two legacy fintech products — Moka and Mogo — into a single, unified experience:
This isn’t a surface-level merge. It’s a ground-up reinvention of what modern wealth building should feel like for a new class of investor — disciplined, status-aware, long-term focused, and backed by AI.
Sneak Peek Into Our New Style (WIP & Not Final)
Moka was built to help users grow wealth passively — through goal tracking, automated contributions, and behavioral nudges rooted in financial psychology.
Mogo, on the other hand, was for the self-directed — an active investing platform with AI-driven tools, real-time research, and FinChat Pro for deep market analysis.
Two different mindsets. But the intelligent investor needs both:
Automation and autonomy. Discipline and data. Structure and signal.
That’s the gap we’re closing.

Before leading the full unification of Moka and Mogo into Intelligent Investing, I played a critical role in redefining both apps through a series of high-impact product launches. As lead product and UX/UI designer, I designed and shipped features that not only improved functionality but also helped shape the new brand identity we’re building on today.
🧠Behavioral Systems & Onboarding
Investor Progression System (Moka v3.62)
Designed a structured, mission-based onboarding flow to help users develop long-term investing behavior.
→ Guided tasks like goal setting, behavioral nudging, and wealth calibration.
→ Inspired the future “mission” structure in the unified app’s Command Center.
Revamped Sign-Up Experience (Moka & Mogo)
Reimagined the signup journey for both platforms to reflect the brand's shift toward disciplined, long-term investors.
→ Clearer segmentation, better messaging, new splash screens and visuals.
🎓 Financial Literacy & Education UX
Masterclass Integration + Quiz System
Designed the UX for short- and long-form educational videos within the app, including quiz overlays to reinforce learning.
→ Supports the “10,000 hours of mastery” vision baked into the future Academy tab.
Article Hub & “The Edge”
Created a home for curated, high-signal investing content — strategic insights, timeless principles, and behavioral lessons.
→ Content styling and layout now form the foundation for the unified app’s Investor Library.

Wealth Calculator Upgrade
Updated the long-term equity growth assumptions (10% → 11%) to align with evolving macro assumptions.
→ Also optimized projections for better user trust and clarity.
Goal Transfer System Redesign
Fixed edge cases where transfers to TFSA/RRSP were failing — rebuilt logic and UI to ensure data integrity.
Leaderboard Redesign
Designed a transparent leaderboard that shows even non-top users their rank — gamifying behavioral excellence over competition.

Buffett Mode (Initial Version)
Introduced the first version of “Buffett Mode” — a behavioral toggle to suppress speculative features and emphasize discipline.
